If the teams are allowed to they can run the car
with special 'high camber' wing elements to help gain more downforce

or they will adjust the ordinary wing elements they already have
to a large angle to help the airflow and downforce

In order to maintain the driver desired ride height
some adjustment to spring rates may be necessary.
