Gravity

Gravity is a pulling force

Gravity is measured as an acceleration

The gravity of planet Earth is measured as 9.81 m/s2

On this planet gravity pulls towards the centre of the planet.
This is why as we jump up we return to the ground and don't float off into space
and why cars stay on the surface as they are driven.
